T. Rowe Price European Stk (PRESX)
A FAVORITE BECAUSE: PRESX is cheap for a low minimum, actively managed foreign fund and has a decent yield for a mutual fund considering there is a 1% expense ratio cutting into your dividends. It also has a small asset level for T. Rowe at under a billion. Tax loss carryforward means tax efficiency for the next few years - needed because the manager trades fairly frequently.
WE DON'T LIKE: Like many T. Rowe funds, a bit like buying an index fund with a value slant, or an index with the most over-valued stocks removed. Few big stock or sector bets to go right (or wrong).
